Legal Warranty

All products sold on our website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity, in accordance with the European Directive 1999/44/EC and applicable national laws.

Consumers are entitled to receive goods that conform to the contract of sale. If the product is defective, damaged, or does not match the description, you are entitled to a free replacement, repair, or refund, provided the issue is reported within 24 months from delivery and no later than 2 months after discovering the problem.

Please note that for perishable items such as plants, bulbs, or seeds, certain limitations may apply due to the natural and living nature of the products. These items are covered only if the defect is present at the time of delivery.
