4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size/weight of the order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions β these will be clearly displayed on the site.
5. Delivery of Live Plants
To guarantee the health of our plants:
- Plants are packaged with care to protect them during transport.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and unpack the plants promptly.
We are not responsible for damage caused by delayed collection or improper handling after delivery.
6. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing the order.
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is not collected in time, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.
