That is a fantastic little set of distinct succulents! You are receiving a Succulent Set of four plants, each at a compact size (Ø10.5cm pot, ↕10cm height), featuring two very different yet equally charming varieties: the Aloe Spider and the Sedum Tornado.

Here is a detailed look at both members of this succulent quartet:

🕷️ Aloe Spider (2 plants)

The 'Aloe Spider' is a striking succulent known for its spiky, architectural form.

🌿 Foliage, Form, and Appearance

This plant is an evergreen succulent, providing an intriguing look year-round. Its leaves are long, narrow, and grow outwards in a rosette formation, giving it its spider-like appearance. The leaves are spiky, primarily featuring a light grey hue with bright green accents. This structure makes it a bold, yet small, feature plant. The leaf margins have soft, toothy edges, but the plant does not have hard spines.

📏 Size and Growth

At 10cm tall, your 'Aloe Spider' plants are compact and ideal for small displays. They will maintain this manageable size for a long time, fitting perfectly on windowsills or shelves.

🌸 Flowering and Fragrance

Like most Aloe species, the 'Spider' is grown for its foliage. Flowering is rare indoors. If it does bloom, it will produce tubular orange or yellow flowers on a tall stalk that are generally not notably fragrant.

🌪️ Sedum Tornado (2 plants)

The 'Sedum Tornado' is known for its uniquely dense, spiralled growth habit.

🌿 Foliage, Form, and Appearance

This plant is also an evergreen succulent. It has a distinctive round shape with thick, fleshy leaves that are tightly packed and spiral up the stem. The leaves are typically a pleasing blue to blue-green colour. A great feature is that the leaves develop a light pink to red edge when exposed to direct sunlight, adding a beautiful blush. This plant is spineless.

📏 Size and Growth

These plants are compact at 10cm tall. The 'Tornado' maintains a dense, shrubby, upright form that is excellent for adding vertical interest to a succulent grouping.

🌸 Flowering and Fragrance

Sedums generally produce small, star-shaped flowers in clusters, usually yellow or white, typically in the late summer or autumn. These blooms are generally not notably fragrant.

💧 General Care for the Set

Both plants share the critical, low-maintenance care requirements of succulents:

  • Location: Both the 'Aloe Spider' and 'Sedum Tornado' thrive in a bright spot and prefer full sun indoors. Place them on a windowsill or another well-lit spot indoors to ensure they stay compact and maintain their best colour (especially the red blush on the Sedum).

  • Watering Needs: Both require minimal watering. The most important rule for both is to allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings. You must avoid overwatering, as this is the primary cause of root rot in succulents.

Note: While many Sedum varieties are non-toxic, many Aloe species contain irritating compounds in their sap. Given the mix, it is safest to treat this set as potentially toxic if ingested and keep all four plants out of reach of pets and children.
