A classic Mediterranean citrus tree, valued as much for its ornamental beauty as for its fruit production. With glossy leaves and fragrant blossoms, it brings scent and vibrant color to patios, balconies, or sunny garden spaces.
Features dense foliage with leathery, bright green leaves and small, highly fragrant white flowers (blossoms).
Produces medium-sized lemons with an aromatic skin rich in essential oils, which ripen gradually and stay decorative on the branches for months.
Needs full sun exposure to thrive, flower, and fully ripen its fruit. In colder regions, it should be moved to a sheltered, bright spot or unheated greenhouse during the winter months to protect it from freezing temperatures.
Requires regular watering during the warm season, allowing the top layer of soil to dry out between waterings to prevent root rot. Use a well-draining citrus soil mix and supply citrus-specific fertilizer throughout the spring and summer growing periods.
Citrus foliage and essential oils can cause digestive upset in cats and dogs if chewed in significant amounts, so place it where pets will not nibble on the lower branches.
Shipped in a custom protective frame to keep the branches, foliage, and developing fruit secure during delivery.
We ship throughout Europe with tracked courier. Delivery in 2-5 working days.
