EXPOSURE & HOW TO GROW: Exposure: Thrives in full sun to partial shade (ideally with its roots shaded and flowers in the sun). Unlike most lilies, Lilium Candidum should be planted shallowly in autumn (September to November), covering the tip with only 3-5 cm of soil, spaced 20-30 cm apart. It prefers well-drained, preferably alkaline or neutral soil.
