All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or arrange a refund.
All prices are listed in Euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address and method selected.
We ship within the European Union. Delivery times vary by destination and product type (especially for live plants). Estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, except for perishable items such as live plants, bulbs, or seeds.

We cannot offer refunds for perishable items that deteriorate due to incorrect handling or delayed collection.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Products such as tools and accessories are covered by the legal warranty period of 24 months. Live plants are excluded from warranty due to their perishable nature and dependence on care conditions after delivery.
